Remote Work Strategy for Small Businesses

As a small business that has recently made the switch from in-office to a hybrid remote work plan, pointA is sharing their best practices to help other small businesses think about how the right remote work strategy can save time, money and provide a better work/life balance.
With the generous support of the Future Skills Centre, pointA is offering a free, flexible program that helps you build a remote work strategy. Classes utilize design thinking and real-life examples to help you integrate remote work into your current operations.
This course will help you:
- develop a straightforward, personalized strategy for remote work at your organization and begin an implementation plan;
- rethink your work environment to maximize efficiency, decrease expenses, and improve work/life balance; and
- use design thinking tools and practices that can be applied to many other areas of your business.
This event will be held from Monday October 18 to Thursday October 21 at the following two session times:
Morning sessions: Mon. – Thurs. at 10 AM – 11:30 AM
Afternoon sessions: Mon. – Thurs. at 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
