We are excited to announce that the City of Vaughan will host its Annual International Women’s Day Celebration on March 8th, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at City Hall. This event is an opportunity to celebrate women’s and girls’ achievements and observe the actions needed for more gender equality.
The 3-hour event will include a keynote speaker, performances, and a networking space where women-owned businesses and start-ups can showcase their work and get to know what other female leaders and entrepreneurs are doing to drive transformative change in our city and region.
Women-owned non-profit organizations and businesses are welcome to submit their applications to be part of this networking event with a booth at Vaughan’s City Hall, by sending an email to Carolina Betancur-Botero at Carolina.betancur-botero@vaughan.ca.
