The Thornhill Building Toward a Pedestrian-friendly Standard
The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments are building a condominium complex – called The Thornhill – that aims to set a pedestrian-friendly standard for future developments in the area, one with urban conditions that would be right at home in Downtown Toronto.
The 25-storey first phase will bring an initial 313 condominium units to the block, to be followed by three additional buildings to the south and west.
