Entrepreneur Essentials
Vaughan Business and Entrepreneurship Centre (VBEC) presents Entrepreneur Essentials, a group consultation series. Each virtual session will begin with a short presentation followed by an open-forum style question & answer (Q&A) period. Feel free to turn cameras on, ask questions in the chat box and share about your business or idea!
This series is ideal for early-stage startups looking to take their business idea from registration to launch. Existing and growing businesses can also attend to explore regulatory standards and requirements, improve on key messaging, and branding, and focus on customer segments.
Each session can be taken independently and, in any order, based on interest and stage of business.

- Learn how to create realistic sales forecasts
- Understand how the business plan and cash flow interconnect
- Complete the first draft of the start-up costs and first month sales / expenses
