Menkes Developments and QuadReal Property Group Launch Festival in the VMC
Festival is a new high-rise condo community in Vaughan’s emerging downtown that will feature four condominium towers – varying in height from 40 to 59 storeys – and more than 85,000 square feet of retail onsite.
It is Menkes and QuadReal’s second development in the VMC.
