New Office Tower at Promenade Mall Now Leasing
Liberty Developments has announced that its redevelopment of Promenade Mall will include 200,000 square feet of new office space.
The Thornhill-area development has ten office floors with a typical floor plate of 20,000 square feet. The delivery time is expected to be two years from binding agreement, a luxury hotel will be incorporated into the same tower.
