The results are in, and Vaughan residents and businesses are very satisfied with the quality of life here as well as the programs and services the City provides! The City of Vaughan’s latest Citizen and Business Surveys, conducted by Forum Research in November and December 2022, reveal the City is delivering on its mission of citizens first through Service Excellence. While many Canadian municipalities are experiencing significant declines in quality-of-life scores, Vaughan’s score remained stable during the global COVID-19 pandemic, and since 2007, the City has scored above 90 per cent.
